* Vacation is for lodging only - airfare, transportation, additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

* Offer is subject to availability, is non-transferrable and has no cash value.

* Vacation will be rewarded only after completion and final closing of referred home or project.

* Recipient will be required to sign Coral Stone Club rental agreements and abide by all rules and regulations.

* This referral program should not be construed or understood to be a payment or other consideration offered in connection with or as a part of any advertisement for the sale, lease or rent, or the actual sale, lease, or rental of merchandise/real estate at a price or with a rebate or payment or other considerations to the purchase which is contingent upon the procurement or prospective customers provided by the purchaser, or the procurement of sales, leases, or rentals to persons suggested by the purchaser as prohibited by the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act.
